IntExt Staging is a home staging company based in Bellevue, Washington. Since 2012 we have staged homes for brokers and homeowners across Seattle and the Eastside, with our own furniture, warehouses, trucks and crew.

Matt Steel is a partner at IntExt Staging. He has spent his career in real estate and has seen firsthand how much a home’s presentation affects what it sells for. Since 2012 he has built IntExt into a company that owns its furniture, warehouses and trucks. With the inventory to stage more than 100 homes at a time, every client gets a full, cohesive design, never what’s left over. Matt is happiest out in the field with our crew and clients, and he believes staging only pays off when it’s done right, so that’s the only way we do it.

Sue Hahm

Partner, IntExt Staging

Sue Hahm is a partner at IntExt Staging and the designer behind every home we stage. She personally selects and orders all of our furniture, which keeps our inventory current and on trend. Sue has an incredible eye for design and a standard for excellence that shows in every room, and she runs the business with a work ethic that’s second to none.
