Mercer Island

Updated classic on Mercer Island

Soft neutrals and natural textures let the teal kitchen and warm wood beams stand out instead of competing with them. Right sized pieces keep the vaulted bedrooms open and bright, with lamps added where the light was flat.

Our approach

We are creating an experience

The first impression of a home is a feeling. Our job is to keep buyers emotionally connected from the front door to the last bedroom, so the question in their mind is when they can move in, not whether their furniture will fit.

Furniture that matches the home

Pieces are chosen to fit the quality of the house. Oversized furniture makes rooms feel small and undersized furniture makes a home feel cheap, so every room is scaled with care.

Flow comes first

We plan placement around the architecture, the windows, closets and doorways, so buyers move through the home easily and every room has a clear purpose.

Staged for the camera and the walkthrough

Most buyers meet your home online first. We stage for the photographer’s lens and for the in person showing, which are not always the same thing.

Warm, cohesive lighting

We add lamps where rooms are dark and use warm bulbs throughout so the whole home feels consistent, inviting and rich.

Real beds, layered and finished

No air mattresses or pictures standing in for headboards. Real staging beds, headboards, layered bedding, pillows and throws, sized right for each room.

Today’s trends, not yesterday’s

Our large inventory lets us design each house instead of working with whatever is left in the warehouse, with current art and finishes aimed at today’s buyer.

How it works

From first call to photo day

A simple, reliable process so your listing launches on schedule.

01

Request a quote

Share the address and your timeline. We review the home and talk through options and pricing, often right on the phone.

02

Walkthrough and proposal

We plan each room around the home’s layout and style, then send a proposal built to add the most value for your budget.

03

Prep the home

The home should be vacant and clean, with carpets cleaned the day before, power and water on and access arranged.

04

Staging day

Our own crew delivers and installs everything, from furniture and art to bedding, lamps and finishing touches.

05

Photos the next day

We recommend scheduling your photographer for the day after staging so the home is fully settled and camera ready.

06

Pickup when you are ready

A rental period is included. Once the home is pending and through inspection, give us about a week’s notice and we pick everything up about a week before closing.

For brokers

A staging partner you can count on

Dependable scheduling, a complete stage the first time and photos that make buyers click to book a showing. We work with brokers across King County on listings of every size and price point.

For homeowners

Help your home make its best first impression

Thinking about selling? Talk to your stager before you list. We will walk you through what is worth doing, what is not, and how to get the home ready for photos.
